What happened to that legacy WoW server is an age old story.

People have been opening private (illegal) Lineage 2 servers for years, taking donations (to 'run' the server), shutting them down after 2 or 3 months and then starting up again. Basically, every summer there at least 5 - 10 new servers starting around the same time and all the old players looking for nostalgia rejoin the game for a month or two to do the same thing again and quit.

If Vin Diesel can voice (and mocap) Baby Groot, anything's possible with Detective Pikachu.

It is my opinion that Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) wasn't ready for its Better Together update. Its biggest selling point is not playing together but mods, and its mod system is in its infancy. Being able to play together ain't a big deal, but being able to easily make your own mods (and make mods that actually work with people who don't want to follow the rules if they don't have to do it - unlike Dino Isle) would be a worthy update.

Being able to mix and match existing rules with mutated existing mobs just isn't enough. When someone can use the mod system to make Sky Factory for Bedrock Edition, then it'll be ready.

That said: A PC needs a PC interface. A console needs a console interface. A mobile device needs a mobile interface. A TV needs a TV interface (similar to a console interface). VR needs a VR interface. Better Together should never have tried to make the UI the same for everyone - but that seems to be Microsoft's shtick: making everything look the same even when it's not a good idea. (Windows 8 was an attempt to merge XBox and Windows interfaces. Nobody like the Start "Menu".)

Microsoft Office? Sure. Unify the interface so, if you know one, you can get around in another... until a major update completely scrambles the whole layout.

XBox and Windows? No. QWERTY + Mouse is disparate from a controller. Unless you force Windows 10 users to use a controller (which is dumb as many Windows 10 people don't have one or have only one for their XBox), you cannot use the same interface. Even in Skyrim on PC, the interface changes based on which input devices you're using. Those developers understand.

Windows 10's Minecraft can use touch, controller of mouse/keyboard, but they don't bother to change the interface between them. I knew this was going to be a problem, but I hoped they were smart enough to know that they needed to change interfaces with input methods. They didn't fail to disappoint in their usual oversight.

That has got to be the most lame robot fight I have ever seen... do these guys not realise they are up against Robot Wars and it's brethren?!?
