That 20 seconds of blank screen at the end was weird.

I second the dude who suggested Fragile Dreams. That game will make you cry buckets, but it's super interesting and creepy.

I never thought of it like you were snooping on your family, but I guess you were. I just had the detective vibe, like I was on the side of justice. A great game in the sortof same category would be The Vanishing of Ethan Carter.

Does it need to be a story driven game? If not then I would suggest Timber and Stone :)

A really fun and difficult town building game.

It is not on steam yet. But you can buy/download it on the website.

A few more suggestions came to mind:
    Machinarium
    Botanicula
    Antichamber
    Qube
    The Room

Also, this show is great! I'm excited for more interesting conversations and perspectives about games I've also experienced.

You guys have to play To The Moon
It's a great game. Its about a 4 hour play through that focuses on the story telling point, kind of the novel x game kind of thing like this. Really good. 10 dollars when not on sale. Definitely worth it.

    Two game suggestions:
    140
    Ori and the Blind Forest

I would really like to see what everyone thinks of 140 especially.

Did anyone else have difficulty heating Ashley and Meg? It did seem like they were speaking quietly to me.
Sunrider: Mask of Arcadius would be good, as it has great strategy play and moral choices that stop you in your tracks. A bit long though, if you play through parts one and two.

I don't have any immediate ideas for games to play, but I love this series. For the last few, I buy the game and play it too so I can feel like I am understanding the conversation. Love this new addition to the show!

You should play "Home" now that you've played gone home. Its a really interesting game since the story branches so much. It would be interesting to see how different 4 people could make the game based on your choices.

Although it doesn't have an 'end' so to speak, I think you should add NEO Scavenger to the pile, it has an underlying story behind it and has a kind of "Zork" feel to it whilst being very interactive and challenging.

"Valkyria Chronicles" for PS3 or PC (Steam). It's a single-player, turn-based strategy game meets JRPG and anime (it actually has an anime based off it). It's got a decent story and fun gameplay mechanics, though the real standout (for me at least) is the art style. Overall it's a lot of fun.

You guys should play "Dear Esther". It's also more like a "game novel" but it has a really beautiful score and design. :)

"Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon" for the wii. Not exactly an indie game but I feel like it's very appropriate for the kind of games you guys are talking about on the Patch Game Club

I was really hoping Spoole would run out yelling "One dollar, one hour!" when they were discussing the price. But that was an unreasonable expectation I suppose.

Antichamber, Thomas was Alone, the Dreamfall series, or Remember Me would be interesting to hear about, especiall Remember Me considering its development. And they're all on Steam!

"Citizens of Earth" for PlayStation, Steam, and Nintendo. Fun take on JRPGs.
"Crawl" for Steam. Fast 3 v 1 dungeon crawler, fun by yourself, more fun with friends.
"Super Time Force" for Xbox, PlayStation, and Steam (Steam and PS4 have platform specific characters). The first ever single player co-op game, it is fast and frustrating fun.

"Off" by Mortis Ghost is a really interesting game made on the RPG Maker! It's free for download (PC only though). It's kinda creepy (not horror though) but i personally think its really awesome, and I'm curious to see your personal interpretations on the story <3

Uhh, "Call of Juarez Gunslinger". Ubisoft published non-uPlay game, you play as a wild west bounty hunter, telling your life story to some patrons in a tavern. There are quite a few small jokes and little changes in the way the game works.

"Superbrothers: Sword and Sworcery EP" is awesome and I want everyone to play it. Also, there should be a master list somewhere that the audience can see so that we don't keep suggesting the same thing over and over when it's already in the Cylinder of Selection
